Dr. Vayuvegula (pronounced VHY-you-VEH-goo-lah), MD, MS, FAVLS, DABVLM, is a Board-certified expert in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine with 20 years of experience in venous disease. He earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Emory University. His personal experience with varicose veins during residency sparked his passion for vein treatments. Dr. Vayuvegula has performed thousands of vein procedures and holds leadership roles in the American Venous & Lymphatic Society, including President-Elect. He has co-authored national guidelines on venous disorder treatments.
